White Horse Plains Healthy Child Committee is very excited to bring the Hands in Motion Playgroup to the ECC for four weeks.  Starting on September 11th  a sign language interpreter will join us for a fun interactive circle time, followed by playtime, crafts and snack!!! All absolutely free!
